It also provides an effective channel for our customers to communicate and collaborate, share knowledge and search for solutions.
The Community portal provides a rich, self-service experience that also enables you to connect with us and with other portal users to troubleshoot issues and share resources.
The Community portal is already mobile enabled. This means that you can access it from your cell phone, tablet or computer.
Customers who have purchased a service contract will soon receive an email with their login information.
